Introduced in 1930, the Walther PPK (Polizei Pistole Kriminal) was a reliable and easily concealled double action pistol. Taken from the design of the Walther PP, it was reduced in size and weight with a reduced capacity of 7 rounds and no back strap with a single molded Bakelite grip.
This is a very good example of a 1934 Nazi RZM stamped Walther PPK. It carries the maker code Zella-Mehlis (Thüringen) and RZM stamp on the left hand slide and has an original high polish blue finish with the early 90 degree safety. It is Nitro proofed and has an original Bakelite wrap around grip, which has a small chip to the left hand side and a small split at the back. The gun is supplied with it correct magazine, with an extending Bakelite base and can be dry fired and fully field stripped. .
