Introduced in 1930, the Walther PPK (Polizei Pistole Kriminal) was a reliable and easily concealled double action pistol. Taken from the design of the Walther PP, it was reduced in size and weight with a reduced capacity of 7 rounds and no back strap with a single molded Bakelite grip.
This is an excellent example of a wartime 1942 private purchase Walther PPK, with maker code Zella-Mehlis (Thüringen). It has its original fine wartime blue, single wrap around Bakelite grip in very good condition, matching numbers and is Eagle over N Nitro proofed. The gun is is fully field strippable and dry fires. A fine example.
