Rare Duralumin frame World War 2, Walther PP semi automatic pistol. The PP is in standard 7.65mm caliber with a frame manufactured from lightweight "Dural" or Duraluminium alloy, used because of it's light weight and high strength.
This is a fine example of a rare wartime PP pistol, Walther stamped and manufactured in 1942 at Zella-Mehlis (Thüringen). It has a fine eloxiert finish to the aluminium frame, whereby the frame has an oxide layer which has then been colour dyed. Nitro proofed, with matching numbers and a pair of black Bakelite Walther marked grips in excellent condition. The gun dry fires, is fully field strippable and comes with a correct Walther marked magazine. A highly collectable gun.
