WW2 German Army Y-Straps

A256 - WW2 German Wehrmacht Y-Straps
WW2 German Heer combat Y-Straps. Manuctured from brown and black dyed leather, with steel fittings. They are solid with strong stitching and have a nice RBNr stamp. The auxillary straps have been removed but all D rings, the O strap and clips are present. A nice set.

A490 - WW2 British Army Linesman / Signalmans belt
A WW2 Britsh Army Signalmans or Linesmans belt. The leather is still subtle with its belt loop and its brass buckle and the leather is stamped LC 1943 with a S for signals. Good condition.

WW2 German Luftwaffe Belt Buckle - denazified

A114 - WW2 German Luftwaffe Belt Buckle - denazified
Early war, standard issue aluminum construction belt buckle with a pebbled background field and oval laurel leaf wreath around a second pattern Luftwaffe eagle. The Luftwaffe eagle and swastika have been rubbed back. The reverse of the buckle has a crude image of the front. It is complete with its integral, raised, slotted buckle catch and separate prong bar and prongs.

A113 - WW2 German Army Belt Buckle - denazified
Early war, aluminum construction box buckle with a pebbled background field and a slightly domed, embossed central motif . The belt still has its "Gott Mit Uns" and would of had a Wehrmacht eagle style eagle, but this has been rubbed back. The reverse of the buckle has some of its field grey paint and the eagle and swastika can clearly be seen. It has the maker mark FLL and the integral, raised, slotted buckle catch and separate prong bar and prongs are all intact.

WW2 German 1936 pattern belt & buckle

I138 - Early, 1936 pattern, Wehrmacht EM/NCO's belt and buckle
The buckle is silver washed, die stamped, two piece, aluminum construction, box buckle with a pebbled field and a separate face plate attached by four bent over tabs. The domed, circular, face plate features an embossed Wehrmacht style eagle with "Gott Mit Uns" . It still retains most of its original, frosty, silver wash with small spots of light age and usage toning and some minor verdigris staining. The reverse is well marked with the embossed manufacturer’s logo/initials, "oLc", within a diamond shaped border indicating manufacture by Overhoff & Cie. of Lüdenscheid.
The blackened lacquered leather belt is approx 45mm wide and 90cm long with a leather retaining tongue and a nickel/silver plated steel buckle catch both intact. The retaining tongue retains its original stitching and the buckle catch is riveted to the belt. The reverse of the belt has a grey wool backing. The blackened leather retaining tongue has seven pair of punched, parallel buckling holes. Shows period use and wear but overall intact and still in usable condition.

Belt buckle, field-grey painted, die stamped steel construction, combat box buckle features a smooth outer field with a high relief, embossed eagle to the slightly domed center, with "Gott Mit Uns". The buckle retains much of its original field-grey paint with the front of the eagle worn quite flat with some wear and surface rust spotting. The reverse has the brazed buckle catch, prong bar and prongs all intact. An original example with much wear.

WW2 Luftwaffe Y-straps in good condition. Made from blackened leather consisting of two main front straps and a short back strap all with steel fittings. The leather straps are marked wiko brake BLF 1942. The steel fittings have a lot of grey paint still remaining. A really nice set.

I139 - Wehrmacht EM/NCO's belt and buckle
Early, (circa 1936-1940), field-grey painted, injection molded, aluminum construction box buckle with a pebbled background field and a slightly domed, embossed central motif. Embossed Wehrmacht eagle style eagle with "Gott Mit Uns". The front of the buckle only retains a hint of its field-grey paint and shows some light chafe wear which has resulted in minor loss of detailing to the eagle. The reverse of the buckle retains about 85% of its field-grey paint, with integral, raised, slotted buckle catch and separate prong bar and prongs all intact.

The leather belt is approx 45mm wide and 95cm long with a reddish colour tongue with. The leather is pliable and in good usable condition.

I044 - WW2 German buckle with tab
An original "As found" example of a WW2 German army buckle and brown leather pull-tab tab marked aurich dresden 1942. The tab and buckle are in good condition, but there has been some wear to the front, around the eagle / swastika area. The buckle still has the majority of the original army grey/green paint intact.

I041 - WW2 German Luftwaffe Officers Belt
Dark Brown Leather belt with open rectangular, dual claw, cast alloy construction belt buckle. The belt shows wear from period use, with no manufacturer’s markings. The leather belt has 100 embosed on the inside, indicating a waist size of 100cm. The belt is in very good condition and the leather is still supple, with light wear and some minor surface cracking.

I140 - 1943 dated Wehrmacht EM/NCO's belt and buckle
Midwar, 1943 dated, field-grey painted, die stamped steel construction, combat box buckle features a smooth outer field with a high relief, embossed eagleo the slightly domed center, with "Gott Mit Uns". The buckle retains a good 90% of its original, age and usage darkened field-grey paint with small spots of wear and surface spotting. The reverse has the brazed buckle catch, prong bar and prongs all intact and is marked with the embossed manufacturer’s initials and date, "C.T.D. 1943, indicating manufacture by Christian Theodor Dicke of Lüdenscheid in 1943.

The leather belt is in very good condition, approx 45mm wide and 90cm long. There is and has never been an inner tongue to this belt, with seven pairs of punched holes in the belt iteslf and a steel buckle catch. A nice combat belt.

I141 - Early war Wehrmacht EM/NCO's belt buckle
Early war blackened lacquered leather belt, 45mm wide and 91cm long. It is missing the leather retaining, but comes with an rare early brass buckle catch, which is stamped D.R.G.M 108327. The belt is stamped 91 and shows period use and wear but is overall intact and still in usable condition if a replacement leather retaining tongue is added.

German Aluminium army buckle

I111 - WW2 German Army Aluminium buckle
An original "As found" example of a WW2 German army aluminium buckle. It was found in the Falaise area Normandy. It is in fair condition, with no paint remaining, except on the reverse of the buckle. There has been some damage to the underside of the buckle, but doesn't detract too much for display purposes.
