Original WW2 German K98 cleaning rods

A109 - Original WW2 German K98 cleaning rods

They are of tooled steel construction, screw threaded with a receiver for interting a cloth or chain and for joining multiple rods together. Some are unmarked and a very small number are waffen stamped with the gun numbers. They are all in overall very good condition.

Note: Original rods are nearly always missing from the K98s on the market and the early rods are very hard to find. Original rods will have a point at the end of the thread as opposed to the flat ended repro rods. Original rods will also have a more oval shaped receiver as opposed to box like shape of a repro. Also the early rods tend to be tappered.
