RJ Militaria is a sole-trader online business selling historical and antique militaria, including personal equipment, combat equipment, uniforms, deactivated and obsolete-calibre firearms and associated books and publications. Additionally we provide some free articles, written by ourselves and accompanying illustrations and photographs.

All firearms sold by us are legal to own, be bought and sold without licences in the UK since they have been deactivated to UK-specifications or are deemed obsolete-calibre by the UK Home Office. We may be able to sell these items to certain other countries with identical legislation, but it is the obligation of the purchaser to ensure that this is the case, and if import/export authority is required to arrange and where necessary pay for this prior to shipping.

We do not endorse the socio-political views of the states/organisations that originally produced the items we provide; they are simply sold as collectable items of historical interest. In the UK all such items are legal to own provided they do not directly incite religious or racial hatred. If the legislation is different in the purchaser’s country of residence it is their duty to ensure that any items they purchase comply with state legislation, not RJ Militaria’s.

Any text/illustrations/photographs we may post will either have been written, made or taken by ourselves, or are text or images that we believe to be free of copyright under UK law, (i.e. that the writer/photographer has been deceased for the requisite amount of time, or has released the publications/photographs into the public domain for reproduction.) Should we post any photographs that you believe yourself to be the copyright-holder for, please contact us with evidence of your ownership of copyright and we will willingly remove the images from our site.
