A superb condition 1917 dated Lange-Pistole 08 Luger. Originally issued to artillery troops as close defence weapons, by 1917 these long barrelled examples of the Luger were being issued to front-line Sturmtruppen as trench-raiding arms. This example was manufactured by DWM and is in excellent condition with 95% of its blue remaining. All parts have matching numbers bar the magazine which is a correct wooden-based WW1 example. With an excellent, crisp action, it can be field-stripped, cocked and dry-fired. A collector-grade item.
