A169 - WW2 German MG42 light machine gun - dfb 1943
The infamous WW2 German MG42 machine gun. Designed by Großfuß as a replacement for the MG34, it was manufactured from one stamped and folded metal sheet with a unique roller locking bolt. Capabable of very high rate of fire, 1200 rpm, it proved to be a very effective and robust weapon. It was introduced in 1942 and officically adopted by the Wehrmacht in 1943.
This example is in excellent condition, with a very fine blue. Manufactured by Gustloff Werke, coded dfb with FG date code for 1943. The gun has many Waffenamts, a sympathetically deactivated bolt complete with rollers and a WW2 bnz, Steyr coded barrel. The gun can be field stripped and dry fired. An excellent example in fine condition. |

An excellent near mint WW2 German MG34 machine gun. All matching numbers apart from the butt stock. It is 1942 dated and DOT code stamped, indicating manufacture by Waffenwerke Brunn. The bluing is excellent throughout with many clear waffenamts and has a bakerlite butt in good condition. The gun can be fully field stripped, cocked and dry fired. A fine example. |

A319 - WW2 Enfield 1940 Kings Crown Bren MK 1 light machine gun
An very fine example of a scarce early dated Enfield Bren Mk 1. It is stamped Enfield Bren MK1, with a Kings Crown, 1940 date on the right hand side. It has the optical sight bracket, early extending legs, early fluted barrel, correct early buttstock, correct dial sight and folding cocking handle. The gun is in very good condition and is fully field stripable and deactivated with full moving action. A really nice example of a hard to find Bren. |

A fine early war, WW2 German MG34 machine gun. The gun has matching numbers, is 1941 dated and CRA code stamped, indicating manufacture by Maget Berlin. The bluing is original with nice even wear and no Russian electro pencil marks. The gun has clear Waffenamts and the wooden butt is in very good condtion. The gun can be cocked and dry fired and is fully strippable. |

I253 - WW2 US Browning 1919A4 .30 cal machine gun
WW2 US Browning 1919A4 machine gun, manufactured in WW2 by Saginsaw steering gear of General motors. The gun is in excellent condition with its original blue and is chambered for .30-06 and has not been converted post war to 7.62mm. The gun comes supplied with a 1919A6 bipod and can be dry fired and is fully field strippable. A superb example of WW2 US .30 cal with around 95% of its original finish remaining. Browning .30 cals in this condition are few and far between. |

I211 - WW2 M1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR)
Superb WW2 period US Browning Automatic Rifle, manufactured by the New England Small Arms Corporation. The BAR was chambered for the 30-06 Springfield cartridge and saw extensive use by the US from it's introduction in the last year of WW1 right upto the Vietnam War. This is the A2 version that made use of a selective fire switch for slow / fast automatic fire and used during WW2 as a squad light machine gun.Very good condition. |
