All items advertised on this web site are of original period manufacture unless stated otherwise. We offer a full money back guarantee on all of the goods supplied subject to the terms listed below.

Cancellation and Returns

We do not generally sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us by email or phone outlining the reasons for your return. Returns can be made within 7 days from your receipt of purchase.

Customers should note antique collectibles are not subject to the normal sale of goods acts. Please also note, we cannot be held responsible for a change in the customer's financial circumstances or a customer changing their mind after a sale; dealing with sales takes time and money and means an item cannot be offered to other potential customers. As such, should a customer cancel a sale after payment when there is no fault with the item we have sold them, we will dock a 10% re-stocking/administration fee in addition to shipping costs from any refund we provide.

Please note the following points

Goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition it was sent to you.

Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.

Postage costs are non - refundable and will be paid by the customer.

The refund will be credited back to your account when we receive the returned goods & you will receive a confirmation of refund email from us and from Paypal.

Payment

We can accept payment by Paypal, cash, cheque or bank draft / transfer.

Payment via Paypal should be made to paypal@rjmilitaria.com

Please note that payments through PayPal are subject to a 2% surcharge unless payment is made as a Paypal gift in which case there is no chage.

Layaway 

Layaway is available on most items over £200. We would generally need a deposit of 25% of the value of the item. We would then require the remainder due to be paid within three months, although a longer term can be agreed for items over £1000.

Please note, once an order is placed, any down payment is non-refundable. Also, any item bought on a layaway plan is also non-refundable when payment is complete. Viewing of an item will always availble over the first 14 days of an item on a layaway plan.
