Description

Relic WWII German Panzerschreck rocket launcher, battlefield recovered from the Halbe Pocket area in Germany, dating to the final weeks of the Second World War (24 April – 1 May 1945).

This example is in genuine relic condition with surface rust and corrosion from long-term ground recovery, but the metal remains solid overall. The trigger assembly is still present and remnants of the original electrical firing cable remain visible.

The launcher is incomplete and missing the forward section, and shield, but the surviving parts clearly show the characteristic features of the German Panzerschreck anti-tank weapon.

The piece has been left exactly in its recovered condition with no restoration or cleaning carried out. A new owner may choose to stabilise or conserve it, but it currently displays as an authentic battlefield relic from the closing battles of 1945.

Battlefield-recovered examples of the Panzerschreck are far scarcer than the more commonly encountered Panzerfaust relics and make an interesting display piece for WWII collectors.

Recovered from the Halbe Pocket battlefield area.

For sale within the UK only. Sold strictly as an inert historical relic and display item.
