Description

The Model 1886 bayonet was the standard issue for French soldiers during the early stages of the First World War, prior to 1916, when it was used with the 8mm M1886 Lebel rifle. Many of these bayonets remained in active service well beyond the First World War and were still in use during the Fall of France in 1940.

This example is in good condition and is complete with its scabbard. It features a brass handle and a 51.6 cm blade, which remains in very good condition.

The sale of knives, edged weapons and firearms is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. Age verification is required prior to purchase.
